I had an excellent experience with Sid Dillon Nissan’s service department. My service advisor, was very helpful and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. I appreciated that he listened to my goals, my budget, and how I personally use and maintain my vehicle. He made the recommendations clear without making me feel pressured. I also appreciated the technician and the video he provided of my vehicle. Seeing the findings visually while he explained them helped me feel more informed and gave me confidence in what was being recommended. He was knowledgeable and clearly communicated each concern of my vehicle. I was provided with a shuttle service and the driver was friendly, efficient, and got me where I needed to go quickly. I appreciated the professionalism of the entire Sid Dillon Nissan team.

Don't think I will trust them to complete oil changes or checks any longer. Was instructed I needed a new battery right away and the quote was $540. Was told many times that I should do it right away that day. I chose not to do it, went to auto zone and my battery is fine. Very disappointed.

I've had all of my Buick service done here. It's quality, friendly service every time. They stay in contact with you through the process, and finish in a timely manner. Always polite, comfortable waiting room with a variety of refreshments, and they know the meaning of service.
