Taking nearly 2 hours for an oil change while waiting was rough. Never had that happen before and been coming 12 years.

The dealership was good as always. But the guy who helped me was average. I went in for an oil change to take one hour. It took them an hour and 20 minutes. I finally had to go back up to the guy and say is my car done. He said I'm going to work the paperwork now. When we finished, I gave him my credit card and the charges made. I asked if I could have a receipt he said you've got it so I just left a little bit frustrated. As I was leaving, he yelled out I can print you a receipt. Why didn't he print it for me to begin with like the other people do.
