These guys are top notch! I was on a road trip driving my new-to-me Genesis SUV home when I realized I was overdue for an oil change. I was passing through Lincoln Nebraska on a Saturday morning and this dealership was willing to squeeze me in, so that I could avoid having to drive all the way home to Ohio or get a hotel and stay longer than needed in Nebraska. Everyone at the dealership was very kind and prompt, they even washed my vehicle for me, free of charge! Thank you to this service department for really taking care of me and going above and beyond especially when they didn’t have to!

Rob in the GM service was great! What the mechanics did was great and needed to be done, but they still have not found the squeaky noise my car makes when it's cold. Will try after the holidays to take it back in.

I received a detailed video that went over everything they reviewed on my vehicle. I also had to approve additional maintenance before the work was done, so there were no surprise fees when I picked up my vehicle. Awesome service.

I recently purchased a new vehicle with Sid Dillon Buick. DaJuan was my salesperson and he was great to work with. He was honest when he didn’t know an answer but immediately would go find the answer for me. He listened to me on everything I was looking for in my price point. We found the perfect vehicle and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I had a few features added so I picked my vehicle up 2 days later and found out that DaJuan came in on his day off to be there when I arrived there. Everyone there was great to work with but DaJuan really made an impression on me that made the entire experience wonderful. Purchasing a vehicle can be expensive and a stressful commitment but everyone at Sid Dillon made this a positive experience for me. I looked for a vehicle for over a year and every time something didn’t feel right so I wouldn’t commit to purchasing. I have no regrets with purchasing from them. A+

If you want to work with an amazing service advisor talk to Rob. He is no nonsense, wont steer you wrong, and is an honest man. I love working with him! He keeps you informed every step of the way. Had my vehicle in for service a few times at this location and we ask for Rob everytime. Im not sure the name of the tech that worked on my tahoe this time but when we came to pick up my vehicle he came put and spoke to us and explained everything he looked at and worked on. Wonderful team there and i will always recomend!
