My wife and I wanted to look at the new 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe. We stopped in and talked with Jessica. She was very professional, not pushy and very helpful. It did not feel like the typical dealership stereotype where you felt pressured to buy. She did not push or try to trick us into anything. We did leave to test drive a couple other things and after dealing with the Mitsubishi dealer in Lincoln where they were pushy and almost held our potential trade hostage, low balled our trade then proceeded to tell us what a POS they though our 2014 Chevy Camaro was (which is a very nice car). We would never go back to Mitsubishi but my wife and I both have said we would come back and see Jessica or any of the other staff again in the future. The finance guy was a little pushy but that is his job and we ultimately did decide to accept one of the extended warranties. We have one of the greatest warranties 100,000 miles/10 years along with Gap insurance and technical coverage. After driving the Outlander which was cramped and felt cheap we ended up leaving with 1 of the 3 2024 Santa Fe's and we couldn't be happier!

We have worked with Sid Dillon a couple of different times and each time we have had great luck. This last time we worked with Dylan and Ryan, both were great. We were able to get a deal done quick, mostly over the phone. The paperwork process was easy, we were out the door in no time.
Our Hyundai needed recall work that was cancelled twice with very little notice by the dealer we purchased the car from. The Service dept. took care of our Hyundai and we are very satisfied with the experience.

I have a 2004 Buick Regal with which I have been very happy. It provides an excellent ride, it is very comfortable for long trips and safe and stable on any road surface. It has plenty of power and it is quite literally the best car I have ever owned. I intend to keep it for the duration. A few months ago, I had a new engine and transmission installed, but my concerns about the work done were mounting up. When I was in Lincoln, NE, I took it to Sid Dillon for service and a closer examination. It became clear our 2004 Buick Regal was in very bad shape. The necessary repair would be extensive and complex. There were numerous oil leaks, damaged and missing parts from the original installation work done by a local garage. My wife and I were relieved now that our car was in the hands of Sid Dillon personnel. 0ur Service Advisor, Drew Anderson, was exceptionally attentive to technical staff and provided customer support and communication every step of the way. The entire engine and transmission assembly required "resealing" upon examination by Matt Pfeiffer, Master Mechanic at Sid Dillon. This meant the engine and transmission assembly had to be removed and separated for repair, replacement of parts and proper resealing. The previous garage work and process of installing a new engine and transmission had been completely botched. The engine and transmission appeared to have been put back together, literally, with glue and silicon sealant; there was so much of it, and in the wrong places. Many thanks to Drew Anderson and Matt Pfeiffer for again, literally, saving our engine and transmission. Since that laborious task they have also repaired all of the front and rear suspension. We now have a "new" 2004 Buick Regal. For 20 years we have come to Sid Dillon for service and for 20 years they have never disappointed us. By the way we live in Albuquerque, NM. Our experience purchasing a new vehicle with Sid Dillon was phenomenal! We called about a vehicle on a Wednesday at 5:30 and by Friday at noon we had a new vehicle delivered right to our door! We live over two hours away and in another state, so we were pleasantly surprised they would even do this for us, especially being first time customers. From Weston in the Sales Department, to Keith in the Business Department, to Ken and Jim that delivered the vehicle to our door, every single person was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. Good customer service is hard to find these days, but Sid Dillon truly cares about their customers. Service Department. I couldn't be more please with the service I received from Sid Dillon Hyundai. 5 stars only because there aren't 6! The staff I worked with were all very professional, polite and attentive despite the chaotic nature of a service center. Everything was taken care of well before the earliest appointment I could get with my local Hyundai Service Center. Great service. Car door is back to new!
Their sales staff is phenomenal! We were in search of a Pathfinder and they had exactly what we wanted. As did a dealer about 4 hours from us, but the Pathfinder at Sid Dillon was $3,500 cheaper.😳We flew to Nebraska from our home in Virginia and drove it back. Even with the cost of the airline ticket and the gas to drive it home we STILL saved money over buying the one closer to home. Salesman Mike Offerman was great to work with long distance and accommodated all of our needs. Once we got back to Virginia we realized they had only given us one key. We contacted them and asked if there was a second key. Sales manager Ryan Warner told us they only received one key when the car was traded in (it was a used 2020 Pathfinder.) He instructed me to order one from our local dealer in Virginia and they would reimburse us, which they did. That key cost over $400 from our local dealer! We were impressed by their willingness to go the extra mile for us. A lot of dealers wouldn't have been willing to cover that cost. All in all we were very pleased with buying from Sid Dillon and we highly recommend them!
