Fantastic service. Went somewhere else first. Was told this thing was wrong with my car that needed a Buick place to repair it. So I have it towed to Sid Dillon on the south side of Lincoln. They discover it was nothing but an extremely dead battery. I say extremely dead because I had 2 people try to jump it, one being AAA, and absolutely nothing happened. I really appreciate that they discovered the problem to be nothing more than needing a new battery. They hooked me up with a new one. And that, along with the cost of tow, was less than $300!! To me, that’s a steal!! Thanks to all in the service dept at Sid Dillon Buick of Lincoln!!!

From making and reminding me of my appointment, arranging a car to drive and completion notification made the appointment so smooth.
