I have always had excellent service with you. This time I saw that my car was finished long before he came to get me to check out. I was actually on my way to ask him about it when he came. I m not sure why there was such a delay but I think it's important to be respectful of the customer's time when they are waiting.
They take good care of me and my Rogue. I had scheduled maintenance taken care of.
This was our second time working with Sherry. We got to know her better this time and was more comfortable working with her. The sales pitch in the next bldg on a 10k warranty should be managed differently. We were tired and worn out from decision and pricing on the car and that was too much to go through at the end of a full day.
Sherry Moore was a fantastic salesperson. She was extremely nice and helpful! She was also very knowledgeable and really took the time to show us all of the features of the car. She never pressured us but seemed to just want to make sure all of our questions were answered. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy/lease a car at Sid Dillon in Lincoln, NE. Customer service and follow through with updates are good but I had an 11am appt time for my oil change and arrived at 1045am. I went to a local store and came back at 12pm and they didnt even start on my car yet. Stated they were told I was late for my appt so pulled another car in front of mine. They apologized but nothing offered. I had to leave with the curiosity car and then had to find the time to be brought back.
Outstanding staff, knowledgeable, professional as well as courteous... They provide a tidy as well as a clean, safe environment for the customers.
Outstanding customer service! Dan took time out of his day to come pick me up to look at the car because I just had surgery. He made the whole process incredibly easy!!

Nate was my salesman. He did an outstanding job! He was kind, easy to talk to, professional, knowledgeable, quick to respond to all my test messages, honest, and answered all my questions about purchasing a 2026 Nissan Rogue. I rate him a 10 in ALL the categories on your list. If he is not your Top Salesman, he has to be pretty darn close to it. I enjoyed not only talking vehicles with Nate, but also about life in general. He is a very nice guy.

The salesman DJ did a great job and it was a good experience all around
I came in to just get a tire patch done. I was told it should only take 15-30 mins. That was the only thing I wanted done I was very clear when I made the appt and when I got there I didn't need anything else just the tire patch. I waited for an hours only to be told that it was to close to the sidewall they could not patch it and during that time your team did a complete multi point check on the car. It was another good experience with Nissan Service, as they did some routine maintenance on my 2022 Nissan Rogue. I have worked with Mark the last several times and he is definitely a 5 star guy. I love the video report of the completed maintenance. Am a long time customer of Sid Dillon and wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.
Dealership was dependable due to the age of the car. I understood why it took a little bit longer to get the part that was needed as the vehicle is 22 years old. Once I got the vehicle back everything seemed to work well

Everything went well as far as oil change. I will say one gentleman didn’t want to take my wiper issue serious.. and I get that some may think they are working ok, but my car is brand new and if I can’t clean them when I’m driving down the interstate properly then there is an issue, it comes back Friday to be looked at and hopefully while I’m on vacation they can get the pump or pressure to work properly so the wiper spray cleans correctly.

Very friendly and very easy to talk with. She made sure to give me the discounts that were in my email! Which helped me save some money!
I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and a check of fluids. It was done in a short time even with the addition of a change of the cabin filter. I waited in comfort while the work was being done enjoying a cold bottle of water on a hot day.
Ben’s and Joe were great. Honest and to the point. Not pushy. And Trent is the best.

Very friendly and ready to help. We drove 3 1/2 hours and they were ready, when we got there they greeted us by name at the door. From there very smooth and knowledgeable from test drive to signing papers.
Asked for brake inspection and did not recieve it, Do not know if they inspected braking system,
They were not able to install a trailer hitch on our Nissan, and also did not have parts available for the other repair to our Nissan that were necessary.

I've bought my last several cars at Sid Dillon and the last 2 with Trent. Have always thought the experience was good. It's never fun to buy a car, but SD doesnt fill the experience with a bunch of xx. They let me be my straight forward self and I appreciate that.

Service was fine. Price for repairs was high. Got the same repairs made plus the lift motor and struts on the rear hatch and a new windshield washer pump for less than quoted for just the engine mount.
Very good! My experience was Sid Dillon for my service job is very good. I was late 25 minutes and they still got me in and it was time to close.
Sid Dillon was easy to work with. Scheduling was quick and easy. Britnee was professional and helped me within a few seconds of my arrival. I was able to get a ride to my home quickly, the work was done timely, and I was able to get a ride back quickly too.
I did find out paid about 2500 more than I should. oil leak beside brakes will have to fix it
