My vehicle had a recall on it. Making an appointment online was very easy. My Rogue got in right away, and was done in a timely manner. Staff were great in providing both text communication and a phone call to let me know when my vehicle was ready. I would bring my vehicle here again.

We were told that no issue could be identified and that the suspected computer glitch was not the problem however the check engine light was magically not on anymore when I got my car and I have no explanation on how it was resolved. Felt like I was just being charged for a computer issue with Nissan.

Joe and his service Team Cole and Mark took care of the running. Issue concerns by first replacing the battery that tested bad first to start with good power, could not get the truck to quite running so we picked it up. We did experience it cutting out at idle again, no light MIL lamp on. Dropped it off to have Roger their lead tech look at it and determined it was in fact the crankshaft sensor. Once again, we had a great buying experience at Sid Dillon. The sales team is very knowledgeable and we received detailed information in response to our questions. Large inventory selection makes getting the vehicle you like, with the options you want very easy. Normally I have been happy about the service. This time it was a recall. I was told it would take about one and half hours. My appointment was 10 o’clock. They finally called at two o’clock saying it was ready. The tech I had was good

Slow and incomplete response. $5,000 to replace a headlight. Pesters me with incessant dealer follow up ratings requests after service. I did not give permission to load my email with ratings pleas.

I had a great ability to ask him any question I had and was very happy with the explanations given.
Don't think I will trust them to complete oil changes or checks any longer. Was instructed I needed a new battery right away and the quote was $540. Was told many times that I should do it right away that day. I chose not to do it, went to auto zone and my battery is fine. Very disappointed.
I've had all of my Buick service done here. It's quality, friendly service every time. They stay in contact with you through the process, and finish in a timely manner. Always polite, comfortable waiting room with a variety of refreshments, and they know the meaning of service.
