We have worked with Sid Dillon a couple of different times and each time we have had great luck. This last time we worked with Dylan and Ryan, both were great. We were able to get a deal done quick, mostly over the phone. The paperwork process was easy, we were out the door in no time.
Our Hyundai needed recall work that was cancelled twice with very little notice by the dealer we purchased the car from. The Service dept. took care of our Hyundai and we are very satisfied with the experience.

I have a 2004 Buick Regal with which I have been very happy. It provides an excellent ride, it is very comfortable for long trips and safe and stable on any road surface. Our experience purchasing a new vehicle with Sid Dillon was phenomenal! We called about a vehicle on a Wednesday at 5:30 and by Friday at noon we had a new vehicle delivered right to our door! The staff I worked with were all very professional, polite and attentive despite the chaotic nature of a service center. My heater blower wasn't working so I made an appointment. Of course it was working the day of the appt. They checked it but couldn't determine what is wrong since it was working and suggested I bring it in when it wasn't working. They were friendly and accommodating and didn't charge me. When I'm telling you Alex Dubas is the best man you could meet in the car market, I'm not lying. This gentleman was patient, attentive, and very understanding with scheduling. I met with him in the afternoon and by 6pm that same day, he had a car for me. Sid Dillon really does make car buying easy. I’m a project manager that commutes on the daily and time is always against me.
